My photograph looks unclear or grainy, how do I fix this?

Your image needs to be over 300dpi to give you a clear crisp picture.

My JIVO Skin hasn’t arrived in the post, how long does it usually take?

Delivery can take up to seven working days, if it still hasn’t arrived please contact info@jivotechnology.com.

How do I apply my skin to my phone?

Our skins are printed on a re-positionable 3M material, you need to align up the skin to the contours on your phone, for example if applying to the iPhone you will need to make sure the holes for the camera and flash is positioned over the camera and flash on your phone, as the material is re-positionable you can apply and remove as many times as it takes to get it spot on.

My skin is sticking to the side of my phone, how do I fix this?

You will need to remove the skin and start again, your skin isn’t applied correctly.
